Cool Cat Cycles offers customer support during all stages of your bike shopping experience including sizing for a right frame size, custom orders, and custom builds; fitting a new bicycle, helping with “going clipless” (teaching using clip-in bike pedals and shoes) for fitness riders, helping with choosing commuting gear for commuters, or a baby trailer for parents. For all bike purchases, we offer 10% off accompanying accessories for 3 months after the date of purchase, and two full tune-ups within the first year. In addition, we provide free guided bike tours in Cinco Ranch to show our customers where they can ride safely on bike trails. For fitness riders, we host several rides a week, including gravel. OUR ADVOCACY

As a community-focused bike shop, our business offers us a platform for making our community better by promoting human-focused approach to infrastructure, advocating for better bike-pedestrian trails in the area; we regularly attend key meetings at local management organizations, teach bike safety classes in schools and for various groups, organize Bike-To-School events, and support all grassroots efforts in making Cinco Ranch a great place for all.
